All the problems that can exist in the iPhone in all its versions…

If you are one of the owners of an iPhone, whether it is the latest version or an old one, then you will surely encounter some problems.  These issues may be related to the performance of the phone, such as disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network, or they may be problems of the type related to your use of the phone, such as the problem of phone space being full.  Below we will explain to you all the problems of the iPhone and the appropriate solutions for them.

Problems and solutions

High consumption of cell phone data…

Cellular data is one of the most important things in any cell phone, most of us surf the internet at least every hour, and IOS has been found to consume a large amount of data.  However, this problem can be addressed on the iPhone by enabling the low data mode by going into settings, then cellular data, and after that, pressing on a word and selecting the low data mode.

Wi-Fi disconnected…

Before the release of IOS14, there were many complaints from users, in which they explained that the device disconnects the Wi-Fi on its own and sometimes it does not connect to the network from the beginning.  The solution to this problem is that you ignore the network and reconnect to it by going to the settings and then choosing Wi-Fi.  After that click on the “i” button next to the respective Wi-Fi network and then click on the “Forget This Network” button or forget network.  The last step is for you to reconnect to the network.

iPhone battery draining fast…

This problem is one of the biggest causes of frustration for those who use IOS devices, as some feel that they have to charge the phone for a longer time than using it.  This problem persists even after the iOS 14 update of the iPhone, but there are some solutions to this problem that will depend more on your use than on the settings.

The first solution is to make a software for the phone by entering the settings, selecting General, and then clicking on the operating system update button.  Alternatively, you can turn off features like automatic downloads, background refresh, and location services that help save battery power.

The performance of the iPhone is slow…

Inform iOS 14 users that the slow phone problem has been said a lot about iOS 13, but the problem still exists in all cases.  The reason for this is that the storage space in the phone is full, which causes another problem that was also mentioned previously, which is the draining of the battery.

The solution is to delete unwanted applications and try to leave some free space on the phone.

iPhone Randomly restart…

Even after updating your device to iOS 14, you will face the problem of restarting the device and not responding for a relatively long time, it is possible that you are in the middle of an important video call and the device does this.  The solution to this is to clean the device comprehensively and continuously, in addition to disabling the features that consume a lot of energy, and also you should check the internal space from time to time and try to leave some of them vacant.

Failed to update or install software.

This problem is often related to the iOS 12 version and is present on the iPhone and iPad.  When this happens, you will be presented with two options: turn off the phone or go to settings.  In order to solve this problem, you have to choose to turn off the phone and then turn it back on and try again.  In the event that the program is not installed, you must make sure that there is space in the phone with a strong Wi-Fi network.

iOS device overheating.

Despite the frequent updates of the iPhone, the problem of the phone overheating is still present.  To solve this problem, you should turn off the iPhone and leave it to cool down for at least an hour, then remove the phone’s protective cover.  When you restart the phone, you can put the cover back on and turn off location services if they are on and if you don’t need them.

Sometimes Bluetooth may not work and another phone Bluetooth accessory cannot be paired with your iPhone, iPod, or iPad.  You have to follow the steps below to solve this problem…

  •       Secondly, reset the network settings by going to the settings and pressing General, and then Reset Network Settings.

iOS device camera failed to work.

You may encounter a black screen or a closed lens when turning on the iPhone camera.  In order to solve this problem, you must first make sure that there is nothing blocking the camera lens, and remove the case if you are using it.  Then force close the camera app and then open the app again.  If the problem persists, turn the phone off and then on again.  The last solution is to reset all the applications from the settings, then make sure that the problem lies in one of the cameras and not the front and back together, and then go to the nearest apple store with your phone to get help from an authorized service provider.

The problem of not being able to send or receive messages.

This problem is often related to iOS 12, I message may not work on iPhone or iPad, and in order to solve this problem you have to close the I message app and restart it again.  Also, make sure that the phone number or email you are sending to is correct.  The last step is to make sure that the date and time are set correctly, and you can do this by going to the settings and clicking on the word General and choosing the date and time to set it automatically to get a correct date and time.

The problem of not hearing sound from the speaker of the iOS phone.

This problem is related to the iOS 12 version, and there may be sound from the speaker, but it is distorted, and this problem can be found in iPhone, iPad and iPod.  You can solve this by first making sure the speaker is turned on and then dragging the notification bell “slider” up and down several times in a row.  Then make sure Bluetooth is turned off.  The last step is to turn off the iPhone, then open it again and connect it to the headset.  If there is sound in the speaker and the speaker is still not working, unplug the headphone and clean the dust and debris from the headphone aperture on your phone.

The problem of recovering deleted photos from the iPhone.

First of all, you should know that photos can be deleted in ways other than accidentally deleting, as some processes such as iOS update failure, jailbreak, iTunes sync, or I cloud sync may also cause this problem. The first solution to fix this problem in case the photos were recently deleted is that you will find them in a folder titled “Recently Deleted”, where the photos remain for 30 days before they are permanently deleted from the iPhone.

The second solution comes in the event that you deleted the photos and did not have a backup copy, all you have to do is use a USB cable to connect your computer to your iPhone or iPad, then choose “iOS Data Recovery” and click on “Recover from iOS device” and then click on the word “Continue”.

In the third step you have to select only the photos to recover and PhoneResuce for iOS will scan your iPhone to list all the deleted photos.

The fourth step is to click on the “To Device” or “To Computer” button to restore the photos to the iPhone Photos app directly.

Now what if you have a backup?

If your iPhone has been lost or broken for any reason and you have a backup in iCloud or iTunes, you can easily restore the data copy.  But you should know that this data will not include recently taken photos, recent text messages, or anything you did on your phone after the last backup of your iOS device, regardless of its version.

You need to follow these steps to recover data from iTunes or iCloud:

First, connect your iPhone to the computer and select Restore from Backup File.  Then choose an iTunes backup from the list of iTunes backups, and press the “Next” button to continue.

In the second step, Select All will be selected, you have to deselect it and select  Photos only and then click on the “Restore” button at the bottom left corner to get the selected items to your iPhone or computer as you decide.

If your backup is on the iCloud, you’ll need to sign in with your Apple ID and password.  This step comes after you connect your iOS device to your computer using a USB cable.  After that choose iCloud backup, then click the “Upload” button, choose the “photos” and other types you want to restore, and finally click the “OK” button to download the selected files from the iCloud backup.

Note: This process may take some time.

After selecting the photos, press the button to the computer or the button to the iPhone to transfer them to the Photos application on your device directly.

Forgot iPhone passcode problem…

The iOS device allows you to set a pass lock on your phone to protect everything that belongs to you on the phone.  Despite the importance of this feature, some may face a big problem when forgetting the passcode to the iPhone, but this problem can be fixed in several ways.

The first method is done using iCloud, in which case you will need to enable the Find My iPhone app to bypass your phone passcode.  Then go to iCloud.  Com and sign in with your phone’s Apple ID then click “Find My iPhone” and select “All Devices”.  Whether you are using an iPhone or an iPad, you have to choose it and then click on the “Erase iPhone” option to erase all data and settings on it and also the passcode.

Note: This method will erase all content and settings on your device, and it will only work if you have enabled Find my phone on your iPhone.

The second method is to unlock the password with iTunes, by launching iTunes on the computer and connecting it to your iPhone using a USB cable.  After that click on the Device icon at the top and go to the Summary tab.

You will see the “Restore iPhone” button on the left panel and confirm the operation, click on it and it will restore the device’s factory settings and erase all data on it with the lock screen passcode.  Know that you will need to sync iPhone or iPad content using iTunes at least once in order to do so.

The third method is to take your precaution by downloading the Any unlock program, as it unlocks all iOS devices of all versions.  Through this program, you can unlock iPhone and recover iTunes password from backup.

In the end, you have to realize that despite the high prices of iPhone phones, they have some problems like other phones.  So what you have to do is to avoid misuse of the iOS device by keeping some phone space free and letting the phone to cool down and so on.  In this way, your iPhone problems will be limited to some performance problems only, which may not appear in your phone.
